AGA Chairman Larry Borgard, president and COO, Integrys Energy, will focus on the outlook for natural gas utilities, plus address such topics as pipeline safety, shale gas supply, demand growth, impact of legislative/regulatory actions on the industry, and the investment strength of the energy utility sector.

Lawrence (Larry) T. Borgard
Larry Borgard is President and COO - Utilities of Integrys Energy Group, Inc., and serves as Chief Executive Officer of each of Integrys' six electric and natural gas utilities. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the natural gas and electric subsidiaries of the Integrys Energy Group, Inc., which operates over Four Midwest states and serves 1.6 million natural gas customers and 500 thousand electric customers.
Borgard has spent 26 years in the energy industry. He began his career at Wisconsin Public Service in 1984 as an Associate Engineer. He subsequently held positions in, and managed areas including field operations, regulatory compliance, transmission, and planning. More recently he has also held a number of executive level positions within multiple subsidiaries.
Borgard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
Borgard serves on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Energy Association, Metropolitan Planning Council (Chicago), Bellin Health, Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, Better by the Bay, is a member of The Executives' Club of Chicago, and was the 2010 United Way of Brown County Campaign Chair. He is the 2012 Chairman of the American Gas Association.

No day-of-event pre-registrations accepted (on-site only, if applicable and space available). There is a $5 surcharge for walk-ins. If members fail to cancel before the deadline and/or fail to attend the event they will be charged a $10 fee. Non-members failing to cancel before the deadline will not receive a refund.
