Program Description:
Every asset price cycle dies a violent death. The current prolonged period of extraordinary measures taken by the world's central banks have driven up asset prices but have done comparatively little to improve the performance of the underlying economy. This decoupling of asset prices from fundamentals combined with such "anomalies" as negative interest rates, flash crashes, and collapses in commodity prices suggest that the time for portfolio de-risking has arrived.
