The 2013 Leadership Series, themed "Survive and THRIVE," features three programs designed to give you insights into key HR strategies from the perspective of the CEO. Panelists will share their thoughts on how to create an innovative culture, change management during mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, and how human capital metrics drive business results. You will hear from successful companies, large and small, representing various industries about the competencies needed to build the right leadership team for success - whether local, regional, or global.
Human Resources has a critical role in implementing business strategy and measuring outcomes. Drawing insights from the right data can help you anticipate issues that may impede effectiveness and diminish your competitive advantage. To be successful, you must first understand human capital data; then you can draw correlations to business data to provide insights into business issues and identify potential solutions. Effective leaders utilize metrics to mitigate operational risk and maximize operational effectiveness. Hear case studies from panelists who have successfully drawn insights from human capital data to reach their company goals and drive business results. Program topics will include talent management, HR trends and workforce analytics, evaluating performance, and strategic human capital challenges.
This final session in the Series will include HRMAC's annual meeting. Brief remarks will be provided by the outgoing and incoming Board Chairs and the new Board of Directors will be introduced.
