Our speaker, Patricia Cook, understands this as well as our clients' expectations of professionalism for those with whom they work. Patricia is a former banker, turned Business Etiquette/Personal Brand consultant. She has a funny and engaging approach to improving our professional brands, which can help us strengthen relationships and retain and attract client in these very competitive times.
