Program Description:
The most successful investment professionals know how to get beyond the 5 Ps discussion about their own products (philosophy, process, portfolio, performance, people) and into the core of who their prospects really are, and how best to communicate with them to strengthen their relationships. Throughout their years of working with both institutional asset managers and wealth management firms, Ms. Skinner and Ms. Ziegler have identified best practices in client meeting preparation and facilitation that ensure that your meetings are on point, meet the client's objectives (and yours), and strengthen your client's trust in you.

  • The key communication skills of top-performing investment professionals
    • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence (EQ)
    • Curiosity/Openness to feedback (versus defensiveness)
