Panelists:

Paul E. Brodsky
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer - QB Asset Management Company (QBAMCO)

Mr. Brodsky co-founded and is the CEO of QB Asset Management Company (QBAMCO). With Lee Quaintance, Mr. Brodsky develops themes and helps oversee the investments of U.S. and Cayman Islands investment funds, as well as separately managed investment accounts. QBAMCO uses a strategic macroeconomic approach to find relative value across asset classes. The firm's investment program tends to diversify asset expressions within concentrated macroeconomic themes. Prior to co-founding QBAMCO and its affiliated investment funds in 2007, Mr. Brodsky founded and served as Portfolio Manager and CEO of Spyglass Capital Trading Company, which he founded in 1996. Spyglass operated as the investment adviser to two mortgage-backed securities funds. Noting impending market imbalances, the great majority of Spyglass Funds' capital was returned to investors by June 2006, prior to the broad credit contraction. Before this, Mr. Brodsky traded on Wall Street for firms including Drexel Burnham Lambert and Kidder Peabody. He also traded equity index options for his own account at the American Stock Exchange and helped start, manage and sell (to Piper Jaffray) an institutional broker/dealer.

Sean Goodrich, CFA
Partner - Aether Investment Partners LLC

Mr. Goodrich is a co-founder of Aether Investment Partners. Immediately prior to forming the Aether Investment Partners, Mr. Goodrich served as the Director of Alternative Investments at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, Inc. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Goodrich led the firm's private capital and real assets research activities. In this capacity, he was responsible for designing investment portfolios and sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private equity, venture capital, special situation, real estate, and natural resource investments recommended to the firm's institutional clients. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, Mr. Goodrich served on several fund advisory boards, supervised a team of analysts and associates, helped direct Jeffrey Slocum & Associates' hedge fund research activities, and served on the firm's Hedge Fund and Strategic Development Committees. Prior to working there, Mr. Goodrich worked for First Union Securities as a Capital Markets Officer, at Trigon Engineering Consultants as an Engineering Technician, and at Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. as a trader and institutional salesman. Mr. Goodrich is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Mr. Wiedemer is President and CEO of the Foresight Group - a macroeconomic forecasting and risk assessment firm that helps investors and businesses make better decisions through better economic forecasts. Mr. Wiedemer has been the driving force behind the economics team that predicted the current downturn in the economy in 2006 with their landmark book, America's Bubble Economy. As Paul Farrell, Senior Investment Columnist at Dow Jones MarketWatch recently said, "In short, America's Bubble Economy's prediction, though ignored, was accurate." His next book, Aftershock, which was recently published by John Wiley, was chosen by Smart Money magazine as one of the five best investment books of 2009. Both books have been the subject of articles in the major press including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Hedge Fund Journal, Euromoney, Barrons, Reuters, AP and others. Mr. Wiedemer speaks to groups of investors, financial analysts and economists including the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable, the World Bank, the CFA Society of San Francisco and the National Press Club.
