Wait until you step into the kitchen...

Please join the CFA Chicago Social Advisory Group for a private cooking class at Cambium led by Eden Rosenbush, Big Red Oven's very own chef and owner, whose recipes have been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago Sun-Times and MSN.com City Guides. Enjoy this unique opportunity to learn just how easy it is to make your own sushi rice and craft a number of delicious rolls using a bamboo mat, as well as how to prepare Sang Choy Bau (Chicken and Pork Stir Fry) served in lettuce cups and Orchid's Tangy Cool Noodles (Steamed Cantonese Noodles with a Black Soy Marinade and Scallions).

The host will discuss the wonderful history of sushi and provide plenty of chef tips and resources, including how to pair sushi and Asian cuisine with fabulous, budget-friendly wines.

Class format: Primarily demonstration by chef, though attendees will have some opportunity to assist with sushi preparation.

Each guest will receive all of the instructions and recipes covered in class.
