Biography: Ms. Rodriguez joined Cemex's Investor Relations Department in early 2006. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in international banking. She was a Managing Director in Citibank's Emerging Market Fixed Income Division, as well as a Managing Director at Santander Investment Bank, where she was responsible for pricing of all new issues of fixed income securities out of the Emerging Markets.
