William J. Bettman is a partner for Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz, P.C. in their Executive Compensation, Finance & Transactions areas. Bill Bettman gives the majority of his attention to executive compensation issues that impact investment management professionals as their Chicago office has a sizeable mutual fund and money management emphasis. He works with senior professionals in helping them negotiate compensation and employment contracts with their existing and potential new employers in addition to assisting management with renegotiating their compensation and employment contracts when their firm is sold. Other areas of expertise that Bill covers are in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/private equity, financing and other corporate transactions.

Prior to her current position she served as Product Manager at a global bank; Vice-President of Marketing for a start-up financial network; equity stakeholder in an organizational development and career management firm; and creative communications director of a motivation and media development firm.
Lyndon Taylor, Executive Director - Russell Reynolds Associates
Lyndon Taylor is a member of Russell Reynolds' Corporate Officers and Financial Services Sectors. Lyndon conducts retained searches for finance professionals, including chief financial officers and finance function leaders, with compensation packages $250,000.00 or higher. His search work focuses heavily on recruiting professionals in alternative investment management (i.e., hedge funds and exchanges) in addition to commercial finance, and global and investment banking. Prior to his executive search career, Lyndon worked in both the financial services and energy industries, previously holding investment banking positions with UBS Warburg LLC and Merrill Lynch.
Treasa Moran, Associate Consultant Relationship Manager - UBS Global Asset Management
Treasa Moran is an Associate Consultant Relationship Manager for UBS Global Asset Management where she is responsible for servicing investment consultants, concentrating on the Firm's capabilities in equities, fixed income, alternatives, asset allocation, risk management, and structured products in the context of a global framework. Prior to joining UBS, she has over ten years experience working in the investment management industry, most recently as an Institutional Client Service Representative for Deutsche Asset Management working with corporate, foundation and endowment clients and originally with Vanguard Group as a project manager in operations and client services.
