Biography: Werner DeBondt is the Director of the Richard Driehaus Center for Behavioral Finance at DePaul University. Mr. DeBondt is one of the founders of behavioral finance. His research articles have appeared in many scholarly journals, including the Journal of Finance, the Financial Analysts Journal, and the Journal of Portfolio Management. Mr. DeBondt’s current research topics include psychology of investors and financial markets, valuation, and security analysis. Mr. DeBondt serves on the CFA Society of Chicago Board of Directors.
