Jenifer Aronson, CFA, is managing partner with Mosaic Fi, LLC. Aronson has over 20 years of experience with some of Chicago's most recognized investment firms, including Northern Trust and UBS Brinson Partners. Most recently, Aronson worked with family offices and ultra high net worth individuals advising them on their investment portfolios, tax and estate planning, and other financial related matters. Aronson received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. Aronson holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the CFA Society Chicago. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for CFA Society Chicago for a three year term (2017-2020). She was previously the co-chair of the Society's Professional Development Advisory Group (2015- 2017) and is a member of the CFA Women’s Network Advisory Group.
Scott Bosworth, CFA, is vice president and regional manager in the Strategic Relationships group of Financial Advisor Services. Bosworth is responsible for sales leadership and management of some of Dimensional's larger advisory relationships. He is a frequent presenter at Dimensional conferences and advisor events. He started with Dimensional in 1996 as a portfolio manager in Santa Monica. In 1997, he became a regional director for the Institutional Services group, marketing Dimensional's portfolios to large corporations, endowments, and foundations. In 2002, he joined Dimensional's Financial Advisor Services group. A CFA charterholder, Bosworth holds a BBA from James Madison University and an MBA from Yale School of Management. While at Yale, Bosworth was a teaching assistant for Kenneth R. French, now professor at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and director, consultant, and head of investment policy at Dimensional.
Andy Kindler believes in building sound leaders. "You can't build a building from the top down any more than you can build a leader or a company. "Each industry is unique with its own challenges, but that's what I love about having that range of experience. I can learn from and apply lessons from each of them for my clients."
Laura Sage is the director of marketing and investor communications at Castle Creek Arbitrage, relative value hedge fund with offices in Chicago and London. Before joining Castle Creek in 2006, Sage was an independent equity options trader. Prior work experience includes working at JP Morgan, CSFB and CIBC Oppenheimer as an investment advisor.
Sage co-found, with her sister, The Lynn Sage Foundation which is a non-profit organization dedicated to funding Chicago-based breast cancer researchers. She is also the Founder and CEO of Chill Chicago - a modern meditation and massage studio in River North dedicated to helping Chicagoans live less stressed, more mindful lives. Sage holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Arizona and a M.B.A in finance and marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Mark Toledo, CFA, has 40 years of experience providing investment advice to individual and institutional investors, including managing multi-asset class portfolios on a discretionary basis since April 1991.
Toledo began his business career in 1976 with Aetna Capital Management. In 1986, he joined the investment advisory firm of Hahn, Holland & Grossman as a principal with responsibility for strategic research on the financial markets, analysis of individual equity securities and client servicing. In 1994, he became president of HGT Advisors, the successor firm, which was purchased by Mesirow Financial in 1996. Toledo chaired the investment policy committee, directed the research and portfolio management efforts for the large cap equity product and co-managed the firm's Asset Management team.
In 2003, Toledo founded Total Portfolio Management, LLC to provide independent advice, disciplined portfolio management and effective diversification for individual and institutional investors to achieve their financial objectives. This business merged into Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors in 2013.
He also works as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants in securities industry disputes and as an adjunct professor at DePaul University. Toledo received his BA in mathematics and economics from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1976, his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut in 1983, and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1986.
