Panelists:

Jeffrey Izenman, Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer - BRI Partners, LLC
Jeffrey Izenman is the founder and co-Chief Executive Officer of BRI Partners, LLC and is a member of the Management and Investment Committees. Mr. Izenman began his career as an attorney with the law firm of Katten, Muchin, Zavis, & Rosenman in their financial services practice group. Since 1994, Mr. Izenman has been in charge of the business operations of two hedge fund specializing in the derivatives area. At both funds, Mr. Izenman has been in charge of the oversight of all aspects of the business operations, including personnel management, legal, and compliance, account functions, fund administration and creation, new product development, and client relations.

Wesley Niseen, Partner - Winston and Strawn
Wesley Nissen is partner in Winston & Strawn's financial services practice group who concentrates his practice on the representation of asset managers of all types. Mr. Nissen has significant experience with securities and commodities registration, regulation, and compliance matters. He also has assisted with the formation of and provided general representations to various private investment funds and commodity pools. In addition, he has been involved in a number of significant domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions in the financial services industry.

Sam Weiser, Head of Hedge Fund Consulting-Citigroup Global Markets
Mr. Weiser heads the Hedge Fund Consulting Group within Citigroup's Global Prime Brokerage division. The Group is a value added service for prime brokerage clients that provides hedge funds with assistance across a wide range of business issues. Prior to joining Citigroup in April 2005, He was the President and CEO of Foxdale Management, a consulting firm specializing in hedge funds and hedge fund related services. The firm's clients included both hedge funds and investors. Sam was responsible for all aspects of the firm's services including hedge fund manager support services, hedge fund investor support services, and hedge fund educational services.
