Michelle Collins, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Svoboda, Collins LLC

Ms. Collins co-founded Svoboda, Collins, a $150 million private equity firm focused on investing in and helping build excellent value-added distribution, business service and consumer products companies. The firm's current portfolio consists of 12 lower middle-market companies primarily based in the Midwest. Prior to co-founding SC in 1998, Ms. Collins spent 11 years in the Corporate Finance Department of William Blair & Company, as a Partner since 1991. She has extensive transaction execution and industry experience with specialty retailers, value-added distributors, direct marketers, healthcare distributors and office products companies. Ms. Collins was recognized as "one of the 100 most influential women in Chicago" by Crain's Chicago Business. She is either a trustee or board member of Erikson Institute, Chicago Sinfonietta, Field Museum and the Chicago Urban League. Ms. Collins holds a B.A. from Yale University and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Hilary Till, Co-founder, Premia Capital Management, LLC, Principal, Premia Risk Consultancy, Inc.

Ms. Till co-founded Premia Capital, which specializes in detecting pockets of predictability in derivatives markets using statistical techniques. Premia Risk Consultancy advises large investment firms on derivatives strategies and risk management policy. Ms. Till was previously Chief of Derivatives Strategies at Putnam Investments. Her group was responsible for all derivatives investments in fixed income, foreign exchange, and global asset allocation.
