Program Description:
The Art of Negotiating Compensation: Getting Paid What You Are Worth is a dynamic presentation where you will learn how to establish goals, communicate effectively, adopt a persuasive style, reach an agreement which benefits all parties, and confirms the deal that you believe you negotiated.

You will walk away from this workshop with an understanding of the knowledge you should gather before negotiation begins, how to adequately prepare, how to present and defend your position, and how to control the agenda. We will discuss negotiation strategies, conversational techniques, the power of language and the secrets of great persuaders. You will be empowered to negotiate for What You Are Worth.

L. Bellows is an arbitrator and certified mediator and is licensed to practice in Illinois, Florida and California.

Credit card is required to guarantee ALL reservations. Day-of-event registrations accepted on-site only if applicable and space available. There is a $5 surcharge for walk-ins. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. Cancellations accepted until 5:00 pm, Oct. 12. If guests fail to cancel before the deadline and/or fail to attend the event they will be charged a $20 fee.
