Speaker: Curt Wang; Executive Coach and Change Leadership, Branding & Influence Expert

Who should attend?
This program is designed for all levels, managers and practitioners, who want to understand what personal branding is and how it fits into career development.

Curt Wang Program Description:
Individuals are more likely to hire or refer people they know, like and trust. Just as companies invest in marketing to build the brands of their products, today individuals are finding value in marketing themselves. The product is YOU. Volvo is known for safety and engineering design. Nike communicates best-in-class sports performance. What are you known for? It is more important than ever that your "personal brand" communicate your expertise, qualifications and how you create value for your current or future company.

Are you looking for that next promotion? Are you in the middle of a career transition? Do you need guidance on how to find and communicate your strengths? If so, having a strong and unique personal brand will be pivotal to your success. In this session, branding expert Curt Wang will teach you how to find, develop, and communicate your personal brand to the key stakeholders in your career.
